PARLAY is a men’s club ultimate program based in Charlotte, North Carolina, built around a simple belief:

We exist to provide one of the most transformative ultimate frisbee development experiences in the country—combining elite-level coaching, innovative training methods, and a culture rooted in fairness, accountability, and opportunity.
Whether you’re a seasoned club veteran or someone hoping to break into the next level of competition, PARLAY is designed to help you become a stronger athlete, a smarter player, and a better teammate.
Unlike most club programs, PARLAY allows anyone and everyone to attend our team practices for free.
You do not need to make the roster to train with us.
Roster players, practice players, aspiring club athletes, former players returning to the sport, college players home for the summer, and individuals simply looking to improve are all welcome.
We believe the ultimate community grows stronger when knowledge, opportunities, and high-level training are shared—not restricted.
